Will it play on any record player? Yes ā our records play on any standard turntable, just like a regular vinyl record.
How long does it take? We guarantee delivery within 2 weeks of receiving your confirmed artwork and playlist. We often ship earlier than that, but the 2-week window is your safety net.
Can I include a personal recording ā not just songs? Absolutely. A message from the grandkids, a voicemail, something she recorded herself ā if it's audio, we can cut it. Just send us the file.
What if I'm not confident with design? Our free Canva templates have the correct dimensions already built in. They're genuinely easy to use, and we're happy to help if you get stuck.
