May Blue - Vanilla
In June 2026 we completed a run of 20 records for May Blue, an independent contemporary jazz artist based in Australia. Her debut album Vanilla is an eleven-track collection that blends alternative and jazz-influenced songwriting into something personal and distinctly her own.
We cut 20 copies on clear 12" vinyl at 33RPM. The sleeve keeps things clean and deliberate ā a soft blue-toned portrait on the front, with the full tracklist printed on the back in a palette of blues that ties the whole package together.Ā
May Blue is an Australian contemporary jazz artist whose debut album Vanilla landed in May 2026. Across eleven tracks ā from the opener Church Camp through to the closer Private ā she moves through intimate, emotionally rich territory with titles like Daddy's Little Girl, If It's Not Love, The One I Loved Before, and Shadows hinting at the personal storytelling threaded through the record. It's a confident debut with a clear artistic vision, and now it's on wax.
